职位描述：
Basic Objective
To provide possible upgrade solutions to our clients
To work with other departments of the company to provide any and all other service requirements that the client may require

Specialized Knowledge, Expertise, &/or Abilities Required
Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Good organization and communication skills including time management, good file and record organization, report writing
Deal effectively and pleasantly with people (in person and via phone and written communication) including clients, vendors, and D-R colleagues
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Primary Responsibilities
Receive internal & external client requests
Provide accurate quotations to client in a timely fashion
Enter clients orders accurately on DRAP database
Review purchase orders before entering to factory
Follow up as necessary & provide order information to client including any obstacle result in shipment delays
Track closely all crisis shipments made by factories

Continued Primary Responsibilities…
Obtain pricing on any standard or special parts requirements from the proper pricing departments
Follow up with clients on quotations provided
Maintain good relationship and support FSR
Keep management informed of problems as necessary
Do primary investigation of any client parts return requests
Ensure that special prices are approved and entered on the client orders
Prepare local entity invoices in a timely manner at zero mistakes
Prepare clean L/C documents for submission to Bank
Aggressive approve through telemarketing and cold calling to potential clients
Perform any additional duties that may be assigned

Decisions
Ensure that client requests, comments, problems, etc., are routed promptly to the concerned D-R person, expedite full responses as necessary and reply to client

Willing to work with both internal & external clients
Proactive and willing to accept new challenges
Positive attitude when dealing with clients and management
Compliance with reporting requirements
Willingness to pitch in and help other team members with their workloads or problems
