Shanghai Harvest Investment Consulting Ltd. ("Harvest" or "the Company") is a private boutique investment advisory firm. Harvest aims to provide quality, professional and value-added investment advisory services for financial institutions and corporates, especially SMEs in China. All members of the Company senior management have received education from top US business schools and accumulated extensive experiences in prestigious investment banks in the United States, Europe, Hong Kong and China. Throughout their banking career, the management team has developed solid financial product knowledge and transaction skills, and more importantly, client relationships in China. Currently the Company needs to recruit several part-time employees to focus on some M&A transactions for SMEs. Any interested parties please send your resumes to the following address: recruiting@Financial Analyst - bachelor degree or degree candidates in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or other related areas; previous work experience in investment banking or other related areas is preferred but not required; fair understanding of fundamental financial concepts, products and transactions; skilled in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel; able to understand and analyze financial statements; good command of writing and other inter-personal communication skills; good English writing and reading skills, able to communicate orally in English and Mandarin. The candidate should be honest, responsible, diligent, teamwork and willing to learn new things and work under pressure. The candidate must be able to work at least 3 days a week, and may be required to work overtime or during weekends.
