职位描述：
Job Responsibility:
Design solution within given customer business requirement using on demand technology
Implement on demand solution from design, to development, to testing, to on production and maintenance
External and internal communication

Qualification:
Experienced in Struts, Spring and Hibernate
Familiar with J2EE architecture
Good communication skill and teamwork;
Have commercial project experience if preferred
Have Webshpere Application Server or Websphere Portal Server experience is preferred
