职位描述： 职位名称： 人事（英语）助理－实习生数量： 1名工作地点：北京工作职责：  员工入职、离职的管理 员工档案管理 员工基本信息及相关数据的维护与整理 员工考勤管理 外国人签证等证件的办理 简历筛选、面试安排及招聘相关辅助工作 与人事服务公司合作，管理员工社保，公积金 公司内部员工相关信息咨询 人事通知及资料的翻译整理工作 人力资源部门的其他相关工作 Arrange employees’ check-in and check-out  Collect and maintain employees'profile data Maintain and organize the basic information and relevant data of employees In charge of the attendance management Calculate numbers of employees’ birthday every month Issue Alien Visa /Passport/ work permit and related documents Assist recruiters in sourcing candidates and initial CV screening, update posts on company’s website, provide administrative support during the recruiting process Act as an information supplier to employees as regard to internal affairs of the company Translate and classify notices and records Assist in other daily work in Human Resource Department职位要求：  大学以上学历，英语、人力资源专业优先考虑 具备商务英语写作能力，优秀的英文读写及沟通能力，有英文翻译经验者优先。 熟练使用Word, Excel, PPT 等Office 软件工具。 了解招聘、员工信息及档案管理等工作流程。 有一贯良好的团队精神及工作表现 能够有效安排和协调与候选人的沟通 具有良好的时间及任务管理技巧，能够独立工作 具备很强的责任心，工作细致认真，有较强的学习能力，举止得体大方。 每周至少保证4个工作日的工作时间。
