Each retailer belongs to a price structure and prices of an item will be automated at order entry level. The system should also be capable to implement any specials and other promoti ons that is offered within a certain period of time. These special pricing wil l supersede the standard price structure. Upon submission, retailers are not a llowed to make any amendments on the order. Retailers may be required to confi rm back orders or cancel any old orders upon request. The system will also pro vide a track and trace feature on order status and search feature by various s earch options.
