07年1月底，我公司要举办“瑞银证券大中华地区研讨会”（Great China Conference），需要招募几个临时会务人员。 Conference Title: Greater China Conference Venue: Pudong Shangri-la Hotel, Shanghai, China Date: 28-31 January 2007 # of temps required: approx 30pax Duties: to help out on registration, meeting coordination, transportation arrangement and various area on site. They will be required to be at the hotel on Jan 28 (Sunday) for temp briefing and packing（start from 10:00am）. 29-30 Jan working hours will be around 6.30AM-6.30PM (TBC). Requirements: Good English with some work experience and the roll- up sleeve type preferred. Responsible, self-disciplined and motivated. Demonstrated a professional conversation manner.
