工作职责 (Job Responsibilities )
•熟悉SEM （search engine optimization），并利用其相关知识来进行基于搜索引擎的网站排名。
Know about the SEM and use this kind knowledge to promote the position of the website
•及时准确简洁的汇报所有网站排名的情况。
Report the results of the website position in time
•可迅速按照上级指示进行工作及解决问题。
Can start to work and solve the problems quickly according to requirements
•协助团队工作
Help other team-members to finish the work

要求 (Job Requirement )
•必须了解基于全球搜索引擎网站推广的知识。
Excellent knowledge of optimizing web sites for major search engines
•熟悉Google Rank及Google Adwords，Yahoo Search Marketing，msn Ads的竞价点击排名。
Proficient in understanding Pay Per Click Campaigns for Google Adwords, Yahoo! Search Marketing and MSN Ad
•了解 Search Engines Spiders 工作原理,有优化大型网站的经验。
Understanding of how search engines spiders work. Experience on optimizing large web sites.
•工作积极主动，面对各种问题能提供建设性的解决方案。
Highly motivated and resourceful individual who can consistently provide creative solutions for various endeavours
•有团队合作精神并能够独立自主的完成任务。
Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment when necessary
•有一定的英文沟通能力。
