Responsibilities:
- Write documentation for process flows and review with peers
- Code database extract, transform and load (ETL) scripts, procedures, functions and views
- Performance tuning of DB2 SQL queries
- Perform code reviews with peers
- Create and execute test plans. Document results for use in future reviews and audits
- Create Korn shell scripts for SQL processing and production roll out
- Write validation scripts to verify and validate data

Job Description:
Excellent knowledge of coding and testing techniques utilizing AIX Korn shell and DB2 SQL.
Excellent communication skills for the writing of documentation and process flows.
Ability to work independently on a wide variety of programming and analysis tasks and solve problems quickly and completely.
Work with requirements given by project leader/business analyst.
Ability to interact with customers and business personnel in a highly professional manner to analyze base requirements and write specifications as needed.
Ability to write and execute test plans and perform code reviews with peers.

AIX/Linux Knowledge - 3
Korn Shell (ksh) coding - 4
Three or more years knowledge of DB2 - 5
Five or more years knowledge of SQL - 5
Written and Oral Communication - 4
BTMS Knowledge / Business processes / compliance - 3/4
Ability to work independently - 5
Normalization/Denormalization Techniques - 4
CASE tools - 3
Information Integrator - 2 (Knowledge a plus)
DB2 Data Warehouse - 2 (Knowledge a plus)

Time requirements:
1. at least 3 full days a week;
2. at least working 3 months;
3. Graduate in 2008 will be preferred;

Qualifications(Education/Major/Certificates)
1. Master/Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related from well-known universities.
2. Can communicate in both spoken and written English.
3. Self-motivated team player; Work actively.
4. Quick learner. Passionate to deliver high quality results.
5. candidates with good intern/project experience are preferred.
