Job Description
Project Co-ordination (70%)
Provide support to project team
Arrange interviewing schedules for project team
Schedule travel arrangements for project team
Conduct phone interviews when necessary
Provide in-depth desk-research on projects
Assist in report formatting and editing
Search for and liaise with outsourcers
Others (30%)
Assist in daily BC office administration and operation work
Provide assistance with internal knowledge sharing, client meetings, team building events, campus recruitment, etc.
Maintain BC corporate database

Key Competencies Required
Strong co-ordination and planning capabilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Effective in managing overall resource and project administration
Significant experience in handling customers in diverse situations
