Department:Global Sourcing

Intern: Supply Chain /CE team

Role/Job Summary:
This position is responsible for supporting the database improvement project a
nd following up the flow of the forecast, purchase order, vendor production pl
anning and providing operational support for the sourcing process in terms of
the global sourcing activities and vendor management.


Job responsibility:

• Support the database improvement project team in functional developmen
t and improvement, data induction and audit, trainings and maintenance, etc.

• Support the supply chain coordinators in procurement set-up activities
, involving: vendor set-up, SKU set-up, vendor EDI registration and other busi
ness tools.
• Track and trace processes to ensure it complete within required target
dates and orders are deliverable to meet in-store date.
• Maintain the supply chain database and support with the weekly/monthly
operational reports.
• Distribute vendor production forecasts and update the vendor feedback
on CPRF.
• Provide data for analysis on OT/RQ, service levels and inventory accur
acy.
• Document check and E-filing

Requirements:
• University student or graduate, preferable major in computer science o
r relative majors
• Proficient in computer skills, Access, DB programming is a must
• Multi-national company internship or working experience is a plus
• Initiative, creative, logical and result-oriented.
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Good communication and Interpersonal skills
• Positive working attitude and able to work under pressure.
• Team player.
• Part time commitment for at least 3 months
