职位描述：
Qualification & Experience
-Bachelor or College degree, preferred in Business Administration, English, Design, Finance or Law but not limited to
-Fluent English communications skills in speaking, writing and understanding is a must
-Excellent PC knowledge in MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.)
-Self-motivated, sense of high responsibility, willing to learn
-Reliable & loyal
-Good team working spirit, willing to work independently and under pressure
-Key Duties & Accountabilities
-Assist the Chief Rep. in sales activities and developing close relationship with key clients, partners and suppliers as appropriate.
-Analyze and evaluate market information for marketing purposes.
-Establish and maintain the document control system for all correspondence and files, optimize the system at Shanghai office.
-Coordinate communications between Chief Rep.and local sales people as well as sales supporters in headquarters.
-Translate necessary documents.
-Support on projects when required by Chief Rep.,arrange appointments, draft letters, presentations and offers
-Handle basic accounting tasks & bank issues as well as custom clearing & tax issues.
