职位描述: RoleA Delivery Planner has complete supply planning ownership for his/her assigned products on DPY level within N+3 months time horizon (within the EMEA region). The focus of a Delivery Planner is to ensure execution of volume commitments within this time frame. AuthorityThe Delivery Planner is the respected source of information which concerns his/her certain functions within the Delivery Planning organization and has the power to influence using his/her knowledge. As such the Delivery Planner is authorized to issue weekly forecast, initiate material drive of variant material in the sites, and to plan DPY capacity (shift model, weekend shifts etc.) together with the DC抯 in order to execute committed volume.Responsibility1. Forecasting? Ensure that Jibe is updated from a supply perspective with input from the KRH Planner and the Distribution Center? Maintain DPY sourcing in RDP? Analyze Jibe output and bring analysis to the weekly JIBE Review Meeting. Refer to the below document for basic JIBE analysis guidelines;? Chair weekly JIBE Meeting and handshake forecast? Submit forecast covering 14 weeks to applicable Distribution Centers2. Capacity Control and Follow up N+1 Month? Monitor order situation versus committed capacity and quantify capacity loss and its implication to volume commitment? Report weekly progress/status in the Product Scorecard? Stay on top of the committed capacity from the DC(s) supporting the assigned products, including shift models and lead time for reaching 100% utilization (yielded capacity)3. Seihan Execution? Execute the Seihan plan committed in the monthly Seihan forum? Be an active part of the volume commitment for N month. Potential upsides must always be weighed against product status, DPY material availability, etc.? Quantify risk and opportunities in terms of lost capacity/available flexibility/KRH availability/order release timing/product status, etc., which may impact the committed monthly volume (scenario planning)? Attend Weekly EMEA Seihan meeting on Friday afternoon4. Focus Meeting? Chair the (regional) consolidated Focus Meeting for assigned products? Distribute the One Plan prior to the meeting? Assign actions in the meeting and ensure that relevant parties act accordingly (kit implementation/RDP maintenance/forecast in line with ATEF etc.)5. Phase Out Management? Attend the phase out meeting? Manage and report order status vs. availability, i.e. micro management of the volume during the last one or two month抯 product life cycle? Work with Product Management/Sales Planning/Sourcing/KRH Planner to freeze the forecast (i.e. availability) both in terms of KRHs and variant material in order to minimize phase out cost6. Flow Interface? Attend flow meetings applicable for the assigned products? Drive assigned actions? Promote a pro-active perspective in the flow forums, i.e. lift 搇essons learned?type of approach to the flow forum discussion as well as within day-to-day work 7. DPY Material? Keep close communication and share information with MSPM/Buyer of DPY related material at all times? Have a good understanding of existing buffers and the flexibility they offer, as well as general lead times and how that may affect the committed volume? Perform volume impact analysis in case of a constraint material situation8. KRH Availability Requirement? Communicate the KRH demand (per region) and work with the KRH Planner to secure that this is realized? Support the KRH Planner in the commitment process, particularly within N month9. Purchase Orders Impact on Weekly/Monthly Volume? Form a tight team with the Delivery Coordinator? Act as the escalation point if POs are pushed out from a monthly bucket, i.e. if the monthly volume commitment is affected by order change/cancellation, etc.? Share availability information with the Deliver Planning Coordinator
