职位描述：
1. External communication with suppliers and external service providers
2. Representing the DMM/Buyer's in day to day communication
3. Establish a clear and transparent sample procedure flow. E.g. organization of the sample room
4. Responsible for sending packages of design work to the suppliers
5. Carrying out daily correspondence both written and oral
6. Ensuring correct sample information is entered on the Sample Cards
7. Preparation of incoming samples for QC Procedures and subsequent communication with suppliers.
8. Educated to Bachelor Degree Level as a minimum
9. Thorough knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
10. Fluent in English and Mandarin
