职位描述： I. 工作描述： 1. 负责维护服务器端软件编译、构造环境； 2. 负责维护开发人员桌面的开发环境。II. 基本技能： 1. 熟练掌握WindowsXP/2000/2003操作系统； 2. 熟练掌握Linux/Fedora操作系统； 3. 熟练掌握Visual Studio开发环境； 4. 精通Apach、Tomcat、CruiseControl的配置与管理； 5. 精通Subversion Server的部署与管理; 6. 精通ANT、GNU Make、NMake、Perl、Shell、JSP脚本; 7. 熟悉Java语言与开发环境； 8. 熟悉InstallShield的基本使用; 9. 了解Acronis True Image的基本使用。II. 工作职责： A. 部署桌面环境 1. 安装Windows操作系统及开发工具； 2. 安装Linux操作系统及开发工具； 3. 创建及恢复系统镜像。 B. 部署服务器端环境 1. 安装Windows及Linux操作系统； 2. 部署开发、编译环境； 3. 编写ANT,脚本； 4. 编写Makefiles脚本； 5. 安装及管理Apache、Subversion、CruiseControl； 6. 修改JSP脚本。 C. 维护服务器端环境 1. 监视编译、构造过程； 2. 监视服务器状态，包括: HDD、CPU、网络状况； 3. 修正开发环境中发生的问题； 4. 开发环境升级； 5. 维护Makefiles、ANT脚本; 6. Suberversion Server灾难恢复。
