Internship in Shanghai:
Training & Development Assistant
“Support HR Shared Services in SAP China"
Tasks:
• Support the Training & Development function with the organization and
administration of trainings, and help ensure quality and efficiency of trainin
gs
• Support in various projects for creating an effective T&D Structure fo
r a fast growing dynamic Company
• Support other HR functions in Shared Services like Recruitment and HR
Operations
• Run projects in HR as agreed
Needed Skills or Profile:
• Strong interest in Human Resources
• Basic knowledge in HR
• Areas of Expertise (Major): Training & Development, HR
• Internship or Project Experiences with Any organizations
• Good English (both verbal & written)
• Good communication skills
• Service oriented
Terms:
4-6 months internship, 4 days per week
Start date: December 2006
Location: Shanghai Zhangjiang
