We mainly focus our attention on searching and selecting senior and middle-level management elites for our clients. Our success is based on our abundant experience in consultancy work and our accurate understanding of the human element, which help us set good reputation and company image and optimize our business operation.现我们（上海）急需招聘Researcher/ Consultant人才招聘助理/咨询顾问, 3名, 具体要求如下：Responsibility:1. Conduct the pro-active search as to different functions;2. Set target list for each case including corporation information for special industry. Eg. Engineering, Chemical, Electronics, Semiconductor, Electric, FMCG, etc.3. Make the cold call and communicate mostly through the telephone to find potential candidates and; 4. Arrange face to face interview between candidate and consultant;5. Conduct the telephone screening according to consultant' requirements; 6. Be responsible for conducting paper work; 7. Data entry and maintain database;8. Get involved in some other relevant responsibilitiesRequirement:1. College degree or above, Major in HR or commercial related area is preferred;2. Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit 3. Open-minded, Excellent communication skill and easy to cooperate;4. Smart, diligent and willing to learn;5. Good sense of business, professional service; 6. Good priority management skill as well as time management skill and having ability in self-management;7.
