RMA COORDINATOR #830165 Responsibilities: Process Customer returns for NVIDIA product. Review RMA request for appropriate information and ensure requests are complete. Obtain approvals for RMA requests and Issue RMA #. Work with customer to close on unauthorized RMA returns or returns that do not meet the NVIDIA requirements. Work with RMA specialist for RMA replacement orders. Ensure timely response to customer about return authorization status and disposition of discrepant RMAs, Data entry and record keeping.
