职位描述：
1.Payment Vouchers & Cheque issuance
-prepare payment voucher and code for approved expenses claim by HOD
-dispatch the payment voucher of expenses claim for FM/FD’s approval
-draw up cheque & T/T and submit for authorised signature
-dispatch cheque to payment voucher initiator
-co-ordinate with staff of other departments for collecting legal fapiao after payment
-filling in all payment voucher regularly
-communicate about payment voucher search under approval with other department
2.Bank
-settle down banking transactions
-bank monthly allowance into staffs' salary card according to HR's information
-bank local living allowance into expats' personal account
-bank monthly reimbursement for expenses claim of permanent advance keeping staff into salary card
-reporting daily bank balance to FM/FD
-co-ordinate with bank and SAFE, including declare remittance to SAFE, inform annual statuary auditing for exchange currency
-Monthly reconciliation for Bank & Cash
3.Cash
-handle petty cash safety
-cash payment
-exchange foreign currency and function in legal way
-cash reconsolidation
-cash advance detail balance
4.Bookkeeping
-bank transaction entry and post
5.Fixed Asset management
-fixed asset detail follow-up according to the accounting record
-prepare monthly depreciation voucher
6.General
-keep financial & company stamp safe
-carry out storage of accounting folder and daily filing
