职位描述：
Responsibilities:
- Work in R&D polymer specialty lab, involve in R&D projects and carry out synthesis and characterization works under the supervision of research scientists
- Work together with scientists to evaluate properties of research products in application fields
- Work together with the Business line application labs for further product evaluation
- Assist lab manager or chemists in everyday’s lab events
- Communicate & report internal results and project progress to supervisors

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in material science, organic chemistry, applied chemistry or related fields
- Familiar with lab works, skilled in synthesis and characterization
- Knowledge and experience in R&D efforts relating to polymers or other chemicals/materials
- Good English language skills
- Be a good team player
- Be self-motivated, and show initiative & creativity
