职位描述： Responsibilities:冘 Main Responsible for Sales Tool Support to our Sales TeamsOur Sales Tools are based on PC applications such as MS Office, Lotus Notes冘 Handle Support Requests from Sales Teams and provide satisfactory solutions冘 Proactive to increase usage of the various sales tools冘 Ensure that all sales people have the correct and working version of all the sales tools冘 Work close together with local IT department and global Sales Tools Coordinator to ensure a high quality operations of the sales toolsRequirements:冘 Bachelor or above degree; 冘 Fluent in written and oral English;冘 Excellent Computer User Skills Advanced users of Lotus Notes, Microsoft Excel, Access, SQL冘 Strong sense of responsibility;冘 Experience from IT support or customer technical service in computer science is preferred; 冘 Creative and self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills and able to work independently as well as in team;冘 Attentive to details冘 Organized and disciplined.
