职位描述： Partner based in Beijing (US International Law Firm) JOB REQUIREMENT Experience: ? High degree of competence and significant prior experience with China-related business transactions (e.g., manufacturing, distribution, licensing, and technology transfer), contract review and preparation for companies doing business in China, structuring and formation in China of wholly-domestic companies, joint ventures with foreign ownership, wholly foreign-owned enterprises (WFOEs), and registration of representative offices of foreign companies, governance of such entities and offices, mergers and acquisitions of Chinese companies, foreign investment in Chinese companies, etc. ? Competence and experience with trade finance and other secured transactions governed by Chinese law, and with trade transactions governed by Chinese and/or international law. ? Basic competence and experience with intellectual property law and protection in China. ? Competence and experience with public securities work in Hong Kong and/or China is a plus, but not necessary. ? Candidate should be with portable book of business? to demonstrate aptitude for developing business. ? Would typically draft in English； should be able to speak, read and speak Mandarin and be familiar with and able to manage comparative law (Chinese and U.S.) research undertaken by junior attorneys. ? Prior experience with a Western (especially U.S.) firm or top-tier Chinese firm assuming legal skills requirements are consistent with Western standards and that candidate can demonstrate significant experience in working with U.S. multinational corporations and managing junior attorneys and staff. Education ? Prefer that candidate holds a U.S. JD degree； U.S. LL.M or equivalent acceptable ? Prefer that candidate has had Chinese legal education. ? Fluent in Mandarin and English Bar Admission ? Prefer that candidate be licensed to practice law in common law jurisdiction (most especially the U.S.) ? Prefer that candidate be [or have been] licensed to practice law in China Like to know more?
