Job Description
Reviews moderate to complex business processes.
Identifies inherent and residual risks.
Leads and conducts risk-based audits.
Develops an in-depth understanding of the function to be audited, and uses business knowledge, analytical skills and experience in identifying findings and improvements.
Effectively balances the work requirements of supervising and coordinating the audit, while performing on-site fieldwork and testing.
Reports to and works closely with Internal Audit management to provide ongoing progress reports and updates of audit findings during audit fieldwork, and to close the audit.
Supervise and provide leadership in routine and non-routine projects/audits, including giving on-site coaching to less experienced audit team members.
Develops clear and concise written recommendations, which require minimal editing.
Able to consolidate findings for management level review.
Confidently and articulately presents recommendations and resolves most issues directly with auditee management.
Assists in orienting new team members.
Completes special projects as required.

Your profile
Knowledge involving internal audit techniques, professional standards, eg GAAP, knowledge of process controls analysis, and consultative techniques.
Ability to articulate clearly and concisely to a variety of audiences (including senior management).
Ready to take on the different roles of a lead, co-lead and/or team member on different audit and non-audit/special projects.
Functions effectively as a team player, as well as, independently.
Ability to multi-task and work across different organizations, geographies and businesses/functions, at all levels.
PC skills, knowledge of SAP, business objects and data retrieval tools (including HP proprietary).
Ability to analyze data/info, draw conclusions, determine key risk indicators.
Good report writing ability in the English language.
BA/BS in Accounting and Finance.
Proficiency in the Mandarin and English language.
