职位描述： We are going to start up our China office in Shanghai. Currently we will need to fill the following positions: I. Office Staff A. Summary of Position Act as the main interface in China for customers and suppliers 1. Answer phone calls and takes messages 2. Coordinate office management with the office building firm 3. Coordinate Human Resource work with HR Agent (Zhongzhi or FESCO) Act as Research Analyst for China team 4. Help with research work for consulting projects Act as the assistant for project teams 5. Order business cards 6. Graphic service for projects 7. Help with logistics (hotel/flight booking, travel arrangements) for consultants 8. Prepare accounting reports every month B. Requirements • Accounting knowledge • College degree • Fluent English / Chinese (Shanghai Dialect preferred) • Admin/accounting experience preferred Core skills • Organizational skills • Strong interpersonal and communication ability • Experience working with international companies/executives • Strong Analytical skills • Able to operate independently If you are interested in this position, please send your resume to: jchen@ before Nov. 10.
