职位描述：
BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION:
The position will take responsibility for developing and expanding relations with the Chinese-language media, including newspaper, magazines and television.
It will report to the Senior Communications Rep/Media Relations within Asia Pacific Operations Government Relations & Corporate Affairs, who currently focuses primarily on the US and international media as well as coordination of communications and media strategies with Corporate Public Affairs at Cat's global headquarters.
Specific responsibilities of this position will include identifying Chinese-language publications most likely to report Caterpillar messages and events accurately to key audiences, managing ongoing relations with those publications and helping ensure that corporate strategies are successfully communicated in China.

ELIGIBILITY:
Candidate must have excellent English skills because of the need for constant interaction with corporate communication managers at the company's headquarters and elsewhere in the world.
Previous experience in managing media relations and/or journalism is highly desired.
