职位描述：
As a member of a team, he/she performs a technical role in support of the solution construction, implementation, and system integration in a technology/industry specialty or product sales. The I/T Specialist assists in delivery of high quality solutions to clients in response to specific business requirements; develops technical skills and absorbs professional knowledge quickly; performs assigned technical tasks including study, analysis, programming, product installation, testing and system integration.
Key attributes we are looking for:
* Bachelor and above degree.
* Good knowledge and skills in Linux, WAS, DB2, and Rational products is a good plus.
* With interest in performing a technical role in support of the solution construction, implementation, and system integration in a technology/industry specialty.
* Goal oriented and an ability to work under pressure.
* Aggressive, self-motivated, fast-learning, a good team player.
* Good communication skills.
* Experiences of IT implementation and solution design in consulting projects etc would be a plus.
