职位描述：
-Responsible for set up yearly Maintenance and Renovation/Modification Plan.
-Establishes the account book for all facilities in the company based on their classification in order to improve the management.
-Responsible for new equipment pre-investigation, type selection, checking, installation, performance experiment and the final acceptance.
-Works out mechanical equipment maintenance manual and operation manual for all new facilities.
-May charge for selected investment projects and maintenance projects pre-management, to have better management and control on the construction, and quality, and does final check and acceptance.
-Collects and analyzes the maintenance records to define the occurrence principle, prevention and spare parts consumption following the requirement of Management Systems.
-Organizes the evaluation of capacity and running status of equipment.
