职位描述：

Identify and implement I/E improvement opportunities to meet business and Site requirements

Develop technical expertise in and application of I/E technologies

Enhance training material to coach engineering support personnel

Work with the production team to meet the best engineering standards and regulatory requirements

Develop functional expertise and apply across the Plants

Back-up for I/E Engineer for instrument and systems issues

Assist the Technical Manager in development of the engineering solutions.

Requirement

Graduate Instrument/Electrical Engineer with (optional) background in configuration and use of Distributed Control Systems

Written and oral English to CET4 or better

Ability to apply knowledge of I/E engineering; design, construction, commissioning and operation of process and plant equipment.

IT literate

Problem solving skills

Communication skills; running meetings, networking, influencing, and coaching

Presenting information, briefing others, producing concise reports.
